DESCRIPTION

This mod introduces slight changes to two Tier IX Tactical Operations, namely Dimensional Collapse and Mass-Driver Cannon, as they used to be nearly identical, with the latter being stronger in almost every aspect. Moreover, now Rift Generator can cast Dimensional Desync on itself and its allies, because why not?
