Since the Arberian/Albanian culture wasn't added to CK3, I decided to make a mod to add it.

--ADDITIONS--

-Albanian culture (part of the Byzantine culture group) with it's own unique dynatsy and people names, but is only present in 1066 start date. If you start in 867, it should appear in 936,

--CHANGES TO BASE GAME--

-The counties in the Duchy of Dyrrachion are now Albanian culture

-The members of the Syandenos Dynasty, which is the dynasty of the Duke of Dyrrachion in 1066, is now Albanian culture, and because of that, the dynasty members' names are changed to Albanian names. To add, the dynasty name is now Sapunxiu.

-Albanian Culture was present in the 867 start date, so I had to fix that. Now, in 936, it should appear if you start in the 867 start date.
