DESCRIPTION
VFM is a comprehensive overhaul mod for Victoria 3 that aims to be a successor to the many mods that expanded on and improved Victoria 2, with a major focus on creating a more realistic simulation with minimal railroading. The development team consists of multiple founding members of the Victoria 2 Modding Server and the Victoria 3 Mod Co-op, as well as current and former developers on GFM and TGC for Victoria 2.
This is still an early build to set the foundation for future content, but we are aiming for weekly updates going forward.

The mod currently defaults all non-english languages to english. We are in the process of recruiting translators for all base game languages.
FAQ
Q: Is this mod compatible with [x]?
A: Most UI, QoL, and graphics mods should be compatible with this mod. AI mods should as well, but they must be loaded AFTER in load order and any of our own historical AI behavior will be lost.
Q: Can I help with the mod?
A: Join our Discord server linked in this description and fill out the developer application.
Q: Can I base my mod on this or use [x] feature?
A: Alternate history/timeline mods, smaller multiplayer community mods, and sub-mods are entirely free to use VFM as a basis without asking, assuming proper credit is given on the mod's page. Other overhaul or expansion mods are not permitted to use VFM's flavor or map work as a basis without explicit permission being granted first.
