Expanded Flag Pack - Victoria 3

DESCRIPTION

This mod adds new flags to the game and tweaks some of the existing ones, with a focus on missing flags from the period and plausible alt-history designs. Currently it only covers a scattering of countries but I will be updating it more as I keep playing the game and finding new flags to add. :)
