DESCRIPTION
New version of mod - 1.2 for latest version of game and latest patch 1.1 of Victoria 3!

1. Large-scale modding of all components of the game, including maps, diplomacy, combat system and losses, buildings and construction, population, unique features of nations.

2. The start of the game for a more interesting development and improvement of gameplay has been postponed to 1830, all states and their rulers, historical events in Europe have been reworked in accordance with this start date. This was done in order to carry out the process of scientific research of the processes of industrialization and construction of the railway network in Europe, which were already being carried out in 1836, the time of the start of vanilla.

3. In Spain and Austria, the rulers were changed for 1830 - King Ferdinand 7 and Emperor Franz 2 were added. A historical event was added from the start of the game for Russia - the Polish Uprising of 1830.

4. Map: adding provinces of Russia and Europe, Pskov province, Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Kharkiv, Poltava and a number of others have been added to the Russian Empire, Belgium, Austria, France and Germany now have more provinces in Europe. The Russian Empire added outlying formations as separate states, but dependent on it - the Kingdom of Poland in union with the Russia, the Baltic governorships, the Caucasian viceroyalty. This is done for possible disintegration in accordance with the history .

6. Added several important diplomatic actions, the need for which was written by many players: 1) foreign investments in the foreign economy, which gives benefits and advantages to both parties to this agreement, 2) expensive espionage - it makes it possible to increase the revolutionary mood in the opponent's country, 3) transfer of provinces 4) appointment of new governors and rulers in controlled countries, change of the form of administration there 5) military and financial assistance to the country (done so as not to join the war to support the necessary state with lend lease and volunteers in the war against the opponent) 6) paid invitation of foreign specialists and engineers (this was often practiced by the Russian Empire in the 19th century) - this gives bonuses to construction and infrastructure 7) attack rival 8) act of capitulation (when war in the capital state have more than 50 % devastation)

7. Modding of the military system - significantly reduced the time of the battle (up to 1-2 days) for the sake of realism, significantly reduced the losses of armies, from the point of view of historicity, losses are now no more than 30%, increased the time of movement of armies, added new profits from the development of military technologies, only 1 province is now captured at the front, not several, after the battles , which increases the time of the war and gives the weaker side the opportunity to regroup.

8. The economic balance of the game has also been changed - new buildings have been added: banks, opera, hospitals, elementary schools and colleges, which also work for the development of the country and bring jobs and profit. More arable lands and peasants, more employable population and less dependants. More resources.
