3. Now, Al will definitely not budge. In the original game we had to accept that Al’s "concession" was unreasonable.

4. Fix Al’s wrong judgment when he starts a war. In the original version, Al would overestimate the number of "hostile countries", causing most countries to dare not start a war.

5. Now, Al will not easily abandon allies when war comes. Your allies are more reliable.

6. Now, Al won’t keep a large army at headquarters. For example, Russia will not stranded all its troops at headquarters now.

7. Adjusted the relevant values ​​of "Notoriety" to make Notoriety decay faster. The decay rate in vanilla was just too small, which also broke the behavior of the Al.
