DESCRIPTION

Made a new factory mod. This mod adds a separate luxury clothing factory, luxury furniture factory, porcelain factory, hardwood factory and brewery, which solves the waste of construction caused by the production of luxury clothing/luxury furniture/porcelain/wine/hardwood. and other basic products, and added all forms of ownership of production (merchants' guilds, private ownership, publicly traded, government-run, labor cooperatives). This mod adds AI restriction statements. After my testing, AI will not build these new factories, so please feel free to use it. More new factories will be updated later depending on the situation.
