DESCRIPTION

This mod removes the attacker and defender modifiers that apply when one army has better stats than the other. By default, the game gives an advantage to the army with worse stats by allowing them to field more troops per battle than the army with better stats. I removed this because I think the army with better stats should generally win battles consistently. I left in the "luck" stat, so battles will still be somewhat random, but in general, the army with better stats should win now.
