This is my first mod on victoria 3: Roman brother - A Divided World (Alpha version)

What if Roman Empire survive?

In this alternate history, Roman empire survived in the Western part. However, German tribes succeed to enter most of the territory and share lands with the Empire. With the time, the two part of the empire weakens and decide to reunite. Entering in the middle Ages, Roman empire will face new invasions, with Islam rise and Viking.

Without expelling all of North Sea Empire, Britain wasn't able to built a strong empire throught history. In the middle Ages, France failed to expel British crown to the Gaul lands and remain divided. Intended to recreate France, Francois I revived a French catholic state and cause fall of Burgundy into multiple states. Between 14th and 16th centuries, Burgundy created an huge empire from Lombardia to Netherland.

Spanish Empire never formed with Aragon but with Portugal. Asturia still minor power but succeed to the exploration of the new world. Andalusian Empire in Grenada take Northen Africa and South Iberia for a long, despite being weakened. Learning from the past, Kingdom of France limited the Seven year war with Keeping half of Lousiana and Quebec, now separated in the Great Lakes. UK never became the strong superpower and fail to conquer all of India, leaving Dravida to France. Without strong French and British colonial power, multiples strong powers take advantages and scramble Africa.

China still more divided than before. Also, with sooner revolts, most of the great powers collapsed or was reformed. Despite Qing victories, Tunning maintain Formosa.

New content (to finalize) :

- New major powers (North Sea Empire, Baltic Empire, Angevin Kingdom (UK), Empire of Saxons (Hanover), Roman Commune, French Directory)

- French colonies in America and India. Divided USA into few states (Free America, Confederates states, New Africa)

- Divided China into a multiples kingdoms (Tunning, Taiping and Qing/Manchu).

- New formable countries (minors and majors) : Etrusca, Liguria, Romania-Bulgaria ...

Future content :

- Balkanized powers (Iberia, France, Russia ..) in Europe.

- Events for formables countries, civil wars or conflicts.

- New states to add ingame.
