DESCRIPTION

A small fix for warfare, the base game has it so armies attempting to advance the frontline have a smaller minimum deploy chance then the defenders. Advance has a random chance to deploy only a third of a generals units were a defender has a random chance to deploy the minimum of half of their units giving the defender the manpower advantage a percent amount of times in a war.
