New flags for Iberia. It adds a new major unification called the Hispano-Lusian Union, which unites all nations with Hispanophone and Lusophone cultures.

The Filipino culture has been modified by adding the Hispanophone trait to represent the influences of Spanish on the Tagalo language. Western Micronesia has been modified by creating a Spanish colony in the Mariana Islands. The Chamorro culture has been created to recreate the inhabitants of the island of Guam.

Improvements for Spain. The initial technological level has been raised, putting it on par with Austria. A University has been added in Seville. Cuba has been annexed and shipyards have been added in Havana. Added a banana plantation in the Canary Islands. The Canary Islands and Melilla are incorporated territories. A Spanish claim in Western Sahara has been added. The colonial resettlement law has been added.
