This mod adds a new decree to deal with turmoil, public unrest and disorder. It is created from the decree of violent suppression but being able to suppress the agitation without using physical violence, that is, without a mortality penalty. The idea is to simulate targeted curfews and lockdowns to appease rioters. This entails a penalty in productivity and construction. To unlock it you need to have dedicated or militarized police laws, and also some specific technologies.
