DESCRIPTION

This is an overhaul of the base game Victoria 3 to the map that we are given at the start of Europa Universalis 4. In my experience it does not destroy the framerate but results may vary. It is important to note that I have not changed any game mechanics or technology, simply the map and countries as a conversion of Europa Universalis.
