DESCRIPTION

Sothern Cone is a mod in south america with an alt-history addition of the now modern concept of "Southern Cone" as a confederation formable empire.

It also adds a couple of historical characters for Chile like british naval commander Roberto Simpson Winthrop and Manuel Bulnes who lead chilean forces in the war against the Perú-Bolivian Confederation.
