Improve naval invasion mod
The objective of this mod is not to ensure a successful naval invasion, its objective is to balance the landing penalties because these, together with the inconsistencies in the battle system, mean that in most cases a technologically superior army is not even capable of disembark on the shores of tribes that only have spears and machetes. Landing will still be a challenge but this time with less unrealistic results.
This mod makes the following changes:
Gives 20% penalty for intercepted naval invasion force instead 100%
Gives 10% penalty for naval invasion whitout the landing craft technology instead the 25%
This mod is compatible with version 1.1.2 and does not cause any issues with legitimacy. This mod only modifies the code related to naval invasions located in the "00_static_modifiers" file in the "modifiers" folder.

I've created a secondary file instead of modifying the "00_static_modifiers" to make this mod compatible with other mods that edit lines of code in that file that have nothing to do with naval invasion.
