DESCRIPTION

Mod builds on the work from Crazy_Mazda which made Ukraine playable from the start with current borders.

Now you get more accurate states/oblasts inside, basically - Kyiv and Luhansk aren't huge blobs on the map anymore!

Used the modern state borders as a reference but had to merge a few states together for gameplay reasons. More states also means more cities - pretty much every city with a 150k+ population and a few smaller ones are represented. And more cities naturally means the roads are completely re-done.

Fixed the naming too (vanilla used a nonsensical mix of russian and Ukrainian names).

Did little tweaks to resources/arable land and pops as well that sorta-kinda-somewhat lean on the historically accurate numbers I could find.
