DESCRIPTION

In vanilla, Great Britain AI usually fails to manage their oversea empire and falls their rank. In contrast, France AI will rise to 1st great power in 1850s and keep growing of their prestige. France is virtually the last boss of vic3 player. In this mod Great Britain will get some buff and France will get some debuff. -Change GB citizenship law from national supremacy to cultural exclusion and France's one from cultural exclusion to national supremacy. -Delete France's treaty port on Madras. -Change status of East Indian Company from dominion to vassal. (In order to give GB their military power and evade Indian independence.) -Give France "Debt of Napoleon" debuff which gives -Reduction of SoL -Increase of turmoil and radical -Debuff to military -Debuff to Authority and Influence, Prestige and Infamy Decay -Give all British historical naval commander "Dockyard Master" in order to lighten their burden of navy maintainance. -Adjust "Colonial Administrator" traits so that they are given to character whose country has large navy.
