I hate the RNG in Japans Early Game with Colonization, so I changed it This Mod edits two files: common - history - countries - jap - japan and common - history - countries - rus - russia It comes in different Versions, for your liking: Colonial Power Japan - 1 - 3 - Only Colonization Colonial Power Japan - 2 - 3 - Colonial Resettlement Colonial Power Japan - 2.1 - 3 - Colonial Exploitation Colonial Power Japan - 3 - 3 - No Russia - Colonial Resettlement Colonial Power Japan - 3.1 - 3 - No Russia - Colonial Exploitation NOTE: Russia will not colonize Central Asia, since it changes Russias Colonization Law! Since Russia still has the Tech, the RNG will make it possible, that Russia rushes the Law and starts Colonization. This Mods give you just a headstart of at least 23 Months. Compatibility: It only changes two files. Its compatibel with every mod, that doesnt make massive changes to the naming structure of Laws and Techs/ changes Starting Laws/Techs for Russia and Japan.
