DESCRIPTION

This is a temporary version of the "best decree" mod which no longer works in 1.5b with all bugs fixed and works fine in beta as soon as the author makes a hotfix or releases 1.5 and fixes the main mod with my bug fixes or working in 1.5b I will remove this version which works only in 1.5b
