DESCRIPTION

Adds Martin Van Buren to the game as the leader of the Petite Bourgeosie, and gives the US the Albany Regency modifier, representing his "Holy Alliance" that controlled New York State politics. All this does is boosts his IG to the point where he should usually become President after the election of 1836 (as happened historically). Good luck getting relected though because the Albany Regency doesn't last forever (this part is also historical). There are also some other minor changes to the starting characters in the US to be a little more flavorful. You may recognize a particular former governor of Indiana Territory who was moderately important in this time period.
