DESCRIPTION

This mod adds the whaling capped resource to the Navarra state to reflect the history of Basque whaling. Due to overexploitation of the North Atlantic by Basque whalers, the Right Whale population was deeply depleted, and a malus has been added to Navarra to reflect this. Full changelog: - Capped whaling resource added to Navarra (maximum size: 3) - A level 1 whaling station has been added to Navarra. - A state trait "Depleted Right Whale Population" (-20% Whaling Industry Throughput) has been added to Navarra. - A level shipyard has been added to Navarra.
