DESCRIPTION

Implements some suggestions based on the video How to Improve the Default Construction Sector AI - Vicky 3 Academy from youtube user w(&e) play games. Watch it for more info on why this is a good thing. AI will now build more construction sectors as the investment pool grows, at a rate of 1 sector per 1 million pounds IP. The base desire for construction sectors has also been increased from 0 to 3, and Laissez-Faire increases desire for construction sectors by 25%. Compatible with all mods that do not change the file 00_default_strategy.txt.
