DESCRIPTION

In real life, if you leave an arable land for a long time, this land will become a wild land. You cannot use this land before reclamation. I made this mod to reflect this process. In this mod, if a subsistence building has less than 20% of employment rate, the arable lands will steadily decrease since there are not enough workforce to maintain these lands. If you want to recover these wasted lands, you can order a decree to reclaim these lands or new field. Obviously, it would be much easier to reclaim a wasted land than a new land.
