DESCRIPTION

This mod serves to represent the greater extrent to which Guarani became one of the main cultures in Paraguay under José Gaspar Rodríguez de Francia. Honestly, there could be more nuance added, maybe a journal entree where you have to act in order to keep Guarani as a primary culture after José Gaspar's death, but overall I just wanted to represent the mestizo culture that developed in Paraguay at the time as I felt just making them Platinean did not do it justice.
