DESCRIPTION

Tiny mod that lets you form the proposed Antilles Confederation once you have researched pan-nationalism. It uses the flag of the nation that forms it. It requires 3 states in the Antilles, as that is the same amount of states that the original proposed country was supposed to have (Cuba, Santo Domingo, Puerto Rico).
