When playing as the US, are you sick of being dependent on foreign markets for dyes when they refuse to grow enough of the stuff for you to even use? Now that I've restored the southeast US's historical indigo industry, you don't have to suffer any longer!

This mod adds Dye Plantation potential to North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. One has already been built in South Carolina.
