DESCRIPTION

Although it is a good idea to restrict the players from passing whatever laws they like, Paradox should not force us to pass laws we don't like.

This mod adds the option to remove the journal entry, with a penalty of -10 decaying opinion for 5 years (instead of 10 years, if you let the JE timeout).
