DESCRIPTION

Allow the train tracks of Martian Express DLC to be upgraded to transport electricity

The upgrade cost depends on technologies

Regular construction. No technologies:
- Electricity Upgrade has a cost similar to the cost of a cable under the track
- Stops transmitting electricity if the track breaks

With "Safe transport" researched:
- 30% cost reduction over regular construction cost
- Stops transmitting electricity if the track breaks

With "Superior Cables" breakthrough researched:
- Available from start (but turned off. You must press the button to activate the upgrade)
- Don't stop transmitting electricity if the track breaks
