Updated for 07-Sep-2021 update This building relies heavily on a good supply of water to keep the system cool. The more water stored in the cooling tanks, the higher the power output. Slow to charge and quick to supply the grid when needed, it becomes a balance of water needs vs power needs. Base power output is 10 (fully charged is 1000) Water capacity 500 (1 input, 50 output) Costs 100 Concrete, 100 Metal, 100 Polymer, 20 Machine Parts 3 upgrades are now available, 1 to boost output 33%, 2 that reduce maintenance to a total of 90% each to fit the Wonder Tier level.

Minor tweaks to the cost and upgrades. Upgrades have been made more expensive, I'd missed that one was free! 2nd upgrade reduced to -40% so the building will still require maintenance occasionally once fully upgraded.
