Martian soil contains small amounts of water, this can be extracted from the waste rock and used to supply the colony. Construction cost 5 Concrete 5 Polymer Maint cost 1 Metal Consumes Waste rock Produces 2 water (max 4.5) Requires 3 power (max 4.5) Current upgrades are exactly the same as water extractor (will be overhauled in coming updates)
