DESCRIPTION

Updated for 07-Sep-2021 update Hydroelectric Dam on Mars, this is a first! Requires a steady supply of water to fill internal reservoir, this then flows through the turbines to provide power, overnight a minimal output is supplied while the system moves water back to the top ready for the next day. 3 upgrades available, add a 2nd and 3rd turbine to increase output, at the cost of faster and more expensive maintenance costs. 3rd upgrade increases capacity, which can result in more power. Cost C 200, M 100, El 50, MP 100.

Tweaks to coding, removed charge feature as this wasn't popular and info bar wasnt showing. Changed water system from direct to storage so it acts more like a reservoir in reality. Upgrades added, turbines 2 and 3, increase power output by 25% each, 3rd upgrade increases water capacity (which will increase total output as it's filled) Cost changes to make this more wonder tier than a cheap OP building.
