DESCRIPTION

Adds a Biofuel Refinery that processes Food and Water into Fuel rapidly. The building produces at double the rate of the default Fuel Refinery and consumes half as much water, but requires .25 Food per Fuel produced. For most crops, growing Food and processing it into Fuel this way will net a water savings of about 25%. The building can be purchased as a Prefab in the cargo screen, and is unlocked fully for local construction after researching Low-G Hydrosynthesis.
