Disable Dust Storm Maintenance - Surviving Mars

This mod requires my library mod (ChoGGi's Library) < use space on the end when searching for it.

If you get a disabled content restrictions error: It's on Paradox to review/restore it (bug them not me).

If you have any issues with this mod then please send me a bug report instead of reporting the mod

When a dust storm starts all MOXIEs and Moisture Vaporators will have maintenance disabled for the duration.
