Adds a Janitor as Commander. Martian dust problems have ended the last two missions in catastrophic fashion. After making an unfortunate remark to the effect of "dust ain't nothin" while emptying the trash during a meeting, they put you in charge of the next mission to teach you a lesson. -Start with 2 Triboelectric Scrubber Prefabs -Triboelectric Scrubbers cost one fewer electronics. -Triboelectric Scrubber tech unlocked. -Outside buildings require more maintenence (may not be working) -3000M less starting funds
