Increase the number of Mega Satellites missions (Solar Sail and Magnetic Sail) up to three at the same time with fast respawn.
Instead of the original condition of stop at full temperature and atmosphere terraforming parameters, they will stop at 10 and 20 missions each. (+100% solar and full stop atmospheric losses without any other building).
