Experimental and advanced prototype power plant. Supplied power is used to control the amount of power that can be produced within the sphere, more power grants higher output. This power isn't supplied dirctly to the grid but instead stored in internal batteries ready to be used when needed to reduce wastage. Spire building, -10 dome comfort to offset potential of building. Regular maintenance is required but upgrades can reduce build up and cost. Has shifts to help manage power.
