Fix Sol 2983 - Surviving Mars

DO NOT INSTALL THIS MOD UNLESS YOUR SAVE IS ON SOL 2981 OR HIGHER!

This is replacing a core C func with a lua one.

If you get a disabled content restrictions error: It's on Paradox to review/restore it (bug them not me).

If you have any issues with this mod then please send me a bug report instead of reporting the mod.

Stuff gets weird after about Sol 2983 hour 20 min 20.

Leave this disabled till your playthrough reaches Sol 2981+. This is replacing a core C func with a lua on

If switching between your 2983 and other saves: You should restart the game!
