• add option to create drone without prefab (like RC vehicles) after research "Drone Hub" Tech
• add "Drone Assembler" upgrade option for automated (without colonist) production of prefab
• add "Recall Drones" command to "Drone Hub"
• remove option conversion drone to prefab (no drone teleportation)
