For modders only, normal users don't need this!!!

Formats the mod description for publishing to paradoxplaza properly adding new line tag as expected by the platform. You just need to have this mod enabled when opening the mod editor and simply use "Upload to Paradox..."
That tag (can't write it cause is replaced) may still show in description after finishing uploading but just select another mod item and it will be properly cleared, no need to manual edit.
This mod itself is saved with it's own code in order to show paragraphs.
