FAST-GAME SETTINGS Mod

(Update 1.2.1 C: Compatiblity with Infinite 1.0.7 and with all other mods with compatiblity in mind checked/ensured)

Overview: Complete games in one Session

This mod enables you and your friends to complete a single/multiplayer game in one session. Just install this mod, make sure everyone in multiplayer has the same mod(s) and when hosting a new game go to "settings" and click on "Reset to defaults" and set game difficulty to a level of our liking. You are now able to complete a game in 1/3 of the time, since victory year is 2450, instead of 2646. This mod also makes sure you can get your hands on everything within this 104 years time frame:

Faster Empire Development:

Tech costs reduced to 0.10 (-90%)
Traditions cost reduced to 0.6 (-40%)
Traditions cost increase reduced to 0.8 (-20%)
Outpost Influence costs 0.7 (-0.1)
Maximum Outpost costs 110 influence
Officer productions 1.5 (+50%)
Ship upkeep 0.75 (-25%)
Ship build time 0.75 (-0.05)
Structrue upkeep 0.85 (-15%)
Earlier unlocking of:

Iconic leader spawn earlier (2-50 years after game start).
Starting Spy cap +1 (you can start by rescuritng a spy right away)
Starting Admiral cap +1
Every major empire starts with 1 addtional ship and 7 addtional canon starting techs.
Unlocking of new ships enabled, without 100+ year timelock (e.g. Galaxy class / Neg´Var in the 2360-2370 depending on your Tech ressearch comittment). Starting Techs:
Cardassian starting Techs

Starting with addtional ship: Galor class
Techs: Black Ops (+1 Spy + better Spys), Duranium Hull, Phaser, Mineral Ore Refining, Ergonomic Writing Implements (Administration Bonus), Fast-Tracked Training (more Officer), Shipyard overhaul (Upkeep Bonus)
Romulan

Starting with addtional ship: Vindius class
Techs: Black Ops (+1 Spy + better Spys), Cloaking Device, Disruptor, Metrion Particle Stabilizer, Plasma Launcher, Plasma Bombard, Minefields.
Federation

Starting with addtional ship: Excelsior class
Techs: Phaser, Photon Torpedoes, Escape Pod, Long-Range Sensors, Medical Clinic, Automatic living spaces, Bio-Corp Fundamentials .
Klingon

Starting with addtional ship: Klingon Destroyer (simular to D7)
Techs: Cloaking Device, Disrupter, Photon Torpedoes, Fast-Tracked Training, Advanced Impulse Engines (Maneuverability), Fleet Tactics (+15 Fleet cap)
More Canon Stuff:

Koval, Enabran Tain and Vreenak are now Spys.
Some Iconic Leader gain an additional starting trait.
Icon leaders with lower staring age. e.g. Data is not 60 something, but 28.
Icon leader life longer, as in canon. Data does not die from old age (dev update).
More canon ship names, assinged to the appropriate class (if possible) e.g. Mirandas might be called Miranda, Reliant, Landtree, Saratoga, Sitak etc. While Galaxies might be called Galaxy, Yamato, Challenger, Venture etc. Additional Beta canon names to ensure few double names. Also more generic leader names.
Empire interaction:

A.I. is more active (aggressivness x2, otherwise difficult settings stay the same)
Truce set to 8 years (instead of 10)
Claiming systems influence cost reduced to 0.7 (-30%)
Spy offensive effectiveness 0.5 (+0.1)
Victory Conditions:

Galactic Hegemony (be the best in all areas): stays the same.
12 instead of 10 civics needed for premature diplomatic victory.
Standard victory year win conditions gets only 1/5th of the points from research for balancing reasons, as ressearch costs are drasticly reduced in this mod.
Victory Year 2450 (104 years instead of 300). It is possible to continue playing after Victory screen 2450 if that is your wish.
Suggestion:

Use 1.0x speed without pauses. In Multiplayer agree to not attack other humans in the first 10 years. Then go to 1.25x speed to complete a game in one afternoon or 1-3 sessions on the same weekend. Set research to auto and pop-up set to "No", after the initital 10 years.

Use other mods, you like, i reccommend all the addtional ships mod, that add 3D Models, of e.g. Akira, New Orleans, Constellation, or Full Tiny Outliner, or Hero Ships mod. Those are great mods from other modders.

Have fun, completing games, in one afternoon, or 1-3 short sessions in one weekend.
