- Additional portraits include:

1. Elite armor sets (Halo 2 An. Minor, Major, Honorguard, and Zealot sets), Halo Reach (Ultra, Officer, and Spec-ops),

Halo Reach.

2. New Brute armor sets from Halo 2 and Halo 3 (Honorguard, Brute Captain, and Ultras).

3. Storm Covenant armor sets for the elites, grunts, and

jackals.

4. Added portraits for Tartarus, Jul 'Mdama, and Rtas 'Vadam.

- New Namelists for the San'shyuum, Sangheili, Jiralhanae, Kig-Yar, Hundred, and Unggoy.

- Added traits for each Covenant member species.

- New civics: "Writ of Union" (Adds Sangheili pops to your empire) , "Didact's Hand" , and "Swords of Sangheilios".
