DESCRIPTION

Attention: I have currently abandoned this mod because it is not up to date with the latest AI implementations from the developers. I am looking for other alternatives. I will still make it available for those still playing on older versions of Stellaris though.

This mod is derived from first Starnet but focuses on the technological and expansive side. The AI will delay joining the arms race early in the game and this change will have lasting consequences.

Configured for a period of 30 years.

The author of this mod is Salvor and he only publishes on STEAM. Only uploaded to be able to make personal use in a GOG account.
