DESCRIPTION
Introduction
A Personal Stellaris is a personal touch and small tweaks in various aspects to make Stellaris to be more challenging and enjoyable for my experience.

Features:
Stronger Fallen Empire:

The Fallen Empires will have larger starting and reinforcement fleets compose of Titans, Battlecruisers and Escorts.
Fallen Empire Military Jobs have been enhanced to protect their worlds better.
Fallen Empire Fringe Worlds are more developed and tougher to conquer.
Awakened Empires can upgrade their starbases.
Awakened Empires will receive a large bonus in resource and shipbuilding to prevent from falling over time.
Tougher Spaceborne:

All Leviathans have been significantly enhanced (and able to regenerate) to survive longer.
All Enclaves have been significantly enhanced to ensure their long-term survivability.
All Caravaneers have been significantly enhanced in ships and stations for the same purpose
The Shroud Avatars from End of the Cycle have been significantly enhanced to be more threaten to the galaxy.
Additional Features

Larger number of slots for starbases and orbitals.
Normal AI Empire will receive a modifier with a small resource bonus.
Non-combat ships will receive a modifier to increase hull points.
Exploration, expansion and survey will take slightly longer time to finish for immersion.
Reduces demotion time for pops by 95%.
Added a cap and enhanced the effect of several repeatable technologies.

This mod is very lightweight due to majority of its changes is purely on numbers and individual entries so nothing will break even if these files were overwritten by some other mods.

Last update before 3.9: - Added a cap of 100 to several repeatable technologies with doubling the effect. - Rewrote only military-related jobs for the Fallen Empires. - Fixed the number of ships of a Fallen Empire to 2 Titans, 10 Battlecruisers and 25 Escorts. - Fixed an issue that it takes forever to load a new game due to repeatable of FE being set to 20 in defines. - A few minor changes to prepare for 3.9.

Added a repeatable for ascension perk for 24 levels. Increased the cap of some repeatables to 200. Deleted the FE building icons in this mod, it is time to return them to EUTAB since the mod has an unofficial update to even now. A bit polishing here and there.

+ Changed the name of building icons so they would not change the FE buildings anymore due to obvious issue with ACOT and ZOFE. + It is unknown if I can find a way to use these icons in the future since most of these are from ETHOS and some old mods.

Some minor changes and removal of overwritten fallen empire file because it kept overwriting ACOT and AOT's FE initializers, changed and put cap on severale repeatable technologies. If anyone still cares out there, I'm going to do something about the rest of abandoned mods into completely new mods because it is an eyesore seeing their sad state.

Removed a few redundant features: - No more three civic points due to some unintended consequences. - No more overwriting FE buildings to avoid conflicts doing things with FEs such as ZOFE. - Default AIs will not receive the small resource modifier anymore seeing they are in a better spot now. - Buffed the resource modifier the Awakened Empires will receive in exchange for removing the overwritten FE buildings. - Reduced the number of ships and fleets an FE can spawn on gamestart.

3.8 Update: - Merged A Better Stellaris and Stronger Spaceborne into A Personal Stellaris. - Trimming down contents from A Better Stellaris for highest compatibility and maintenance. - Removed Planetary Expansion as they have became a pain to maintain and update. - Stronger Spaceborne's content is made to rewrite only specific parts and will only buff Leviathans and Enclaves, hence, higher compatibility instead of having to rewrite the entire file. - Crisis' non-combat ships are much tougher to destroy. - 15 Building Slots and 12 District Slots. - 20 Ascension Slots and an UI for that for modded games.

- Expanded the planetview and tradition UI, allowing up to 18 buildings to be built on a planet and you can have up to 30 traditions and 30 ascension perks in the case you have some ascension perks or traditions mods.

- Solved the problem being unable to build starbases with this mod on - as long as there is a ship_sizes folder in this mod, starbase will become unbuildable even if the files did not touch the vanilla starbases. - It is unknown the how and why of this since other mods were working fine like the Six Fallen Empires mod. - Regardless, I have to delete the folder, which leads to some devastating consequences - Behemoth is gone for good, starbases will return to the vanilla state and Crisis' civilian ships and starbases will remain weak as ever. - In short, a save-breaking update that causes a loss of much contents and requires you to start a new game. - Much apologize for this inconvenience, but I couldn't find anything to my case and I'm too burnt out for this. - In compensation, I made the additional starbase modules and building to provide some decent shipyard capacities and building speed, since it seemed offensive modifiers are not working anymore.

- Reduced the number of starting fleets for FEs, since they always spawn with 7 fleets, one Colossus and one Behemoth, which should be enough to protect themselves quite long in a vanilla or light-modded game. - This is experimental, but I included Ascended Empire and Lost Empire to is_regular_empire script due to many districts only available to vanilla empire types, which could cause some rough times if you choose to ascend in ZOFE.

Tweak some numbers in defines so ships can move between systems and survey faster even if still slower than vanilla value.

Could have just overwrote the script to generate FE Outpost to be a citadel instead of overwriting the initializer of FEs for less hassle. Also tweaked some lines in defines to further lower the fleet power, worked way well.

Removed the Frigate (Medium FE Ship) due to an unidentifiable problem that caused the ship to be missing when using with weapon mods such as ESC or Additional Vanilla Weapons and Components. Likewise, fleet composition was altered to adapt to the absence of Frigate.

Integrate an improved Hemothep's Dynamic Difficulty. The AI bonus has been changed to a more reasonable level and fleet power bonus has been removed to avoid complication. Its event also comes together with a very, very long list of vanilla and non-vanilla countries never need these bonus.
