Switch start system to "Lost Heaven"(Dragon Empire) or "Lost Gate"(High Council) may fix it. This mod may not be compatible with: 1. The mod that changed Fallen Empire buildings. 2. The mod that changed the start buildings, home planet modifiers and deposits... for PLAYER. (If some new civics will change these, you can still pick it but the new civic may not take fully effects) 3. The mod that changed the factory buildings for consumer goods (manufacturing_buildings).
