DESCRIPTION
Introduction
The Fallen Empires are fragile targets when playing with Ancient Caches of Technology and Acquistion of Technology, which is not befitting as “Fallen Precursors” who simply did not walk far enough. That is the purpose of this lightweight mod, which changes the Fallen Empires to fully utilize all sorts of Enigmatic Technology and Precursor Warships. In additional, the vanilla Fallen Empires will receive some makeup to refresh the Fallen Empires after they were left like that for years without a single noticeable change.

Feature
The Ringworld Materialist from Six Fallen Empires: Return of the Beacons! has been modernized to be spawned alongside the Materialist, Spiritualist, Xenophile, Xenophobe and Ascended Spiritualist (as a normal Spiritualist Precursor) Fallen Empires from Fallen Empire Expanded instead of the known vanilla Fallen Empires as their spawn chance has been tweaked for that to happen.

The Fallen Empires will have access to Delta and Alpha Technologies and the entire set of Precursor Warships from ACOT and Acquistion of Technology from civilian types to military types (even the Ascended Warbarges were brought back), with the Precursor Citadels as starbases, Guardians and Sentinels are defense platforms as they have completed Project Reimagination before.

In that retrospective of completing Project Reimagination, the Fallen Empires will utilize Behemoth Planetcrafts with proper Delta and Alpha Technologies instead of the decreipt Fallen Planetcrafts with outdated arsenal (required Gigastructural Engineering).

The Fallen Empires also receive a modifier which significantly enhances starbases and defense platforms to fend off invaders and a damage to increase their damage on on many Crisises (Vanilla Criseses, Aeternum, Blokkat, Katzen, etc) and Crisis Empire (also Default Empire, Ascended Empire and Lost Empire), alongside is a resource modifier for Awakened FEs for them to pump out fleets to keep up with younger empires.

As Awakened Fallen Empires, they will naturally have access to Alpha-empowered Precursor Warships and Celestial Warships, because playtime is over and the wrath of Alpha Technologies will descend upon arrogant and ignorant primitives.

The Fallen Empires and Awakened Fallen Empires share a reinforcement event based on ZOFE – several fleets will spawn for every 1080 days when the Fallen Empires are at war (disabled with ZOFE). In peaceful period, the reinforcement will come until the said Fallen Empire reaches two million fleet power (based on ACOT Defines and Extra).

Support for Additional Crisis’ Super Weapons to use ACOT Override Components.

Overwrite
-         FE Mooncrafts and Planetcrafts can use Delta Components as Fallen Empires and Alpha Components as Awakened Fallen Empire.

-         Be sure to turn off Disinterested Gamers from Gigastrutural Engineering or all Materialist FEs will become Disinterested Gamers.

Compatibility
Overwrite all map files to accommodate larger number of Fallen Empires.

This is NOT achievement-compatible.

This should be the last update before 3.9 after fixing some issues: - Fixed an issue where the Ringworld Materialist did not generate capital buildings properly. - Removed ovewritten contents from other mods expect for ship designs and section templates. - Directly overwrite the design of FE Planetcraft and Mooncraft instead of making a new design.

Added (attempt) to avoid Stellar Hyperconstruct from doing weird things to non-vanilla Fallen Materialists. FEs with normal stars in capital system will have Void Star and FEs with black hole in capital system will have Void Hole. A few minor changes regarding modifiers and number of ships on spawning. Added a condition to prevent the reinforcement to work with ZOFE's difficulty.

You need to start a new session for this update: - Repolish the mod by reducing the number of populations and districts to ensure the Ringworld Materialists can have sufficient strategic income. - Upload new images to reflect some changes in this update.

3.3 Libra Update: - Remove the unique building since Ringworld has Industrial Segment for alloys and consumer goods. - Remove two other systems since I want to keep the Ringworld Materialists as closely to the original as possible. - Buff the Battlestar Guardian's hull, armor and shield, so they are considerably tougher than what shown in the image. - Reduce the Battlestar Guardian's shipyards from 12 to 6. - Remove the "Lore Modifiers". - The distribution of buildings and districts has been modified for the Ringworld for the Industrial Segment. - Overall, the Ringworld Materialists should be close to their original version, except for adjustments for modern Stellaris.
