DESCRIPTION

This mod removes all currently existing prescripted countries.

At least, it will until PGI makes any changes to how the files are arranged with new expansions or updates.

Updated for 3.8, didn't notice any new prescripted, so no real updates here

Suggestions for additions and corrections are welcome
