A compability patch for Great Monuments Expanded and Flavor Universalis

Hi, so i had tried to play with both this mods but found a few issues, this "patch" should solve them by removing the monuments they have in common using only the Monument expanded version of it, also edits missions, etc.. to use the monument expanded version of the monument.

Hope it works well and the original modders are ok with me doing this.
