This mod port most of the lore and some strong headcannons from it, a short list of the changes:

Odoacer Kingdom doesn't fall and instead prosper, culminating into the Holy Italian Empire;

Soissons beat back the Franks who settled down in the Netherlands, booting the Dutch on Britain;

The Norse people are kick out of Scandinavia by some Slavs and land heavily on Biorno(Britain);

A crazy Chinese Warlord pick up some armies and mongols and ravages all the way to Germany, who to stand against unites.
