INTRO
Hi everyone and welcome to "Victorum Total Conquest" a Grand strategy overhaul mod of Europa Universalis 4 started over 10 years ago by one man, right after the release of the base game. It is the oldest living mod of the EU4 universe.
WHAT'S THE MOD ABOUT?
Victorum Total Conquest is a 4X genre mod that allows the player to explore, expand, exploit and exterminate all those before them through political actions and by means of conquest on a grand strategy scale.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES?
This mod tries to stick to actual history through its decisions, events, mithe inclusion of both historic & modern borders, whilst at the same time giving players the option to go down an a-historic path. It also tries to be inclusive of all other cultures through their in-game representations.

1) Bigger map with more than 9k provinces spanning the entire globe,
2) Start from 15 June 1215 to 31 December 1903 just before the wright brothers invent the first heavy than air machine,
3) New country tags (countries) throughout the world,
4) New tech groups for the major European powers,
5) New Decisions, Events, Missions and Ideas for Byzantium, England, Spain, Ottomans and many more,
6) New Estates, Estate Privileges (Jewish banking, money lending), Governments, Government Reforms ( Assembly Fields for Iceland & Scottish Monarchy or Privy Council for Scotland - Yes I created this not PDX),
7) New Colonial Regions and Trade Companies throughout the world,
8) New navigable rivers throughout the world that don't only act as sea ways for ships but also as natural obstacles for attacking and defending country tags,
9) Re-done coastlines throughout the world,
10) New icons, user interface, gfx's and so on,
11) Added both modern and historic borders to allow for both historical and a-historical borders,
12) New Holy Holy Orders,
13) New music and sound files for the Ages interface,
14) New Terra incognito that can be viewed zoomed out,
15) Custom interface icons and city pics,
16) Better and more accurate Constantinople, Paris and London,
17) Over 200 added monuments, all re-positioned so they're in the correct provinces,
18) More canals such as the ancient Grand Canal system in China and modified existing canal systems worldwide,
19) Re-activated dead buildings whilst adding in more,
20) Re-balanced Armies, Navies and manpower so as to avoid doom stacks,
21) Re-balanced development and AE so you can now take more provs during peace deals, without incurring too much aggressive expansion penalties,
22) Actual in-game representation of the Jewish people and their financial traditions,
23) More changes on the way!
