Let's you reform the Western Roman Empire. That's pretty much it. I gave it the flag of rome from total war so it doesn't have the same flag as the united rome. The condtions to form it are similiar to forming the normal roman empire: Your country needs to be within the christian or pagan religious group and you need to conquer the provinces highlighted when hovering over the decision. In addition, you only need either London and Yorkshire or Vienna and Zeeland, not necessarily all four of them. Patchnotes: 1. Made the color slightly redder (because Classicgamer23 requested it) Added two small events 2. Added an event that gives you as the Western Roman Empire a PU-CB on Byzantium if they reconquer Anatolia.
